The President’s Award for 10 BB Primers

TEN PRIMERS WERE CONFERRED The President’s Award by President S. R. Nathan at the Istana on July 20, 2009. This highest award in The Boys’ Brigade (BB) has been presented to the top percentile of the Boys from the Primers Programme (Post-Secondary level members) in the past five years.

In order to attain this award, recipients had to complete the demanding requirements in leadership and service in the community, and undergo two rigorous rounds of selection.
