Three Methodist
churches in
Thailand growing
THREE Methodist churches in Thailand,
partnered and supported by three of our local churches, are growing.
Maeyamin Methodist Church, an
outreach and pioneering work of Santi Methodist Church, partnered
and supported by Kampong Kapor Methodist Church, has 10 adults
worshipping at Pastor Amnard's home since April this year. And
a number of young people enjoy learning Christian songs.
According to the Methodist Missions
Society, this outreach work has great potential for growth with
about 200 households in the village.
Maeyoi Methodist Church, which
is located within the Methodist Centre complex, currently has
a children's ministry with about 30 children, two cell groups
and a Home Centre. It is supported by Barker Road Methodist Church.
Nongbualumphu Methodist Church,
which was started on Sept 3, 2003, currently has 10 adults, three
youths and about 20 children worshipping there. It is supported
by Wesley Methodist Church.
