CHRIST Methodist Church has launched a 3-minute phone devotion programme to help people connect with God. The service is free.


All a caller has to do is to call a number, and the devotion will be activated over the phone.


The devotions come in English (tel: 6345-2546, 6345-1078), Hokkien (6346-5997), and Cantonese (6346-5121).
Jeremiah 33:3 says: "Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know."

Devotional booklet

FAITH Methodist Church has published a devotional booklet, complete with Bible study, which has themes that tie in with the Sunday sermons. The youth and the adults use the booklet for their group Bible study.


The booklet was published as part of the church's "40 Days of Love" campaign which was launched on March 9, 2003 with the aim of helping members and their families grow in the knowledge and practice of Christ's love.

GYM convention

THE Glowing Years Ministry will hold its GYM Convention 2003 at the Golden Legacy Hotel in Malacca from July 8 to 11, 2003.


The theme for the convention is "Bearing Much Fruit for Christ", which is based on the passage from John 15:8. The speaker will be the Rev Dr Vinson Samuel, President of Emmanuel Tamil Annual Conference (ETAC).
