WESLEY Methodist Church runs a counselling service which offers help to people who find difficulty in coping with life.


Life can be difficult for some people who may not find it easy to cope with changes in lifestyle, career, relationship or health situations.


For others, sometimes it is difficult just being with another person.


Yet others at times struggle with anxiety, depression, loneliness, work pressure, retrenchment or coming to terms with retirement.


When the pain from any of these becomes unbearable, then time with one of the Wesley Counselling Services counsellors could be helpful.
