TTC Principal
THE Rev Dr Ngoei Foong Nghian has been re-appointed
Principal of Trinity Theological College (TTC) for a period of
three years from Jan 1, 2004 to Dec 31, 2006.
He was first appointed principal in January 2001 - TTC's 11th
- to succeed the Rev Dr Robert Solomon when the latter was elected
Bishop of The Methodist Church in Singapore in September 2000.
The Rev Dr Ngoei, who was then Pastor-in-Charge of Covenant
Community Methodist Church, was a long-time member of the Board
of Governors of TTC and Chairman of its Personnel Committee.
He obtained his Bachelor of Divinity from TTC in 1973 and Master
of Ministry, also from TTC, in 1978. He received his Doctor of
Ministry from Boston University School of Theology in 1983.

Principal in 2001.
As a pastor, he had served The
Methodist Church in Singapore in various capacities. He had also
taught pastors and TTC students on the subject of Clinical Pastoral
Care.
