THE Boys' Brigade
Sharity Gift Box (BBSGB) is one of the longest-running national
community service projects in Singapore advocating the spirit
of caring and sharing among Singaporeans during the Christmas
season. This year marks the 16th anniversary since its inception
in 1988.
For the past 15 years, The Boys' Brigade (BB) has been appealing
to the public for gifts and food items on behalf of the beneficiaries
from the Public Assistance Schemes and Voluntary Welfare Organisations
(VWOs). This project is unique as donors have to go beyond purely
financial giving; they are challenged to make the extra effort
to buy presents for the less fortunate in our community.
The BB needs the support of your church to bring a smile on
the beneficiaries' faces this Christmas.
How can your church help?
Set up a gift collection point and dedicate a Sunday as a gift
collection day for the BBSGB. Preferred items are: Rice, instant
noodles, sugar, cooking oil, biscuits, cereal, canned food, milk
powder, children and adult diapers. |
Fulfil Christmas wishes made by the less fortunate individuals
and families.
Deliver gifts to VWOs and beneficiaries.
Provide publicity support by placing BBSGB publicity material
on your church's bulletin or notice board.
The BB Sharity Gift Main Box will be located between Orchard
MRT Station and Wisma Atria. For other Gift Box locations, please

You can also fulfil a wish at the following wish trees at: Allson
Hotel Singapore, Manhattan House, Seiyu Junction 8, Seiyu Bugis
